Who we are

ProdavAI is run by Oleksandr Serniak, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. To reach us, write to the bot @prodavai_assistant_bot or message us on the platform where you found us (Upwork or Fiverr).

What data we collect

• On the website: technical data about the visit (IP address, browser type, the page you came from) and the tags of the link you followed (such as utm_source). The English pages use no advertising pixels.
• In the Telegram bot: your Telegram ID, name and username, and the text of your conversation with the assistant, including voice messages and photos you send.
• In the chat on the demo websites: the conversation, and the name and phone number if you book a demo appointment.

Why

• to answer your questions and prepare a proposal for your assistant;
• to understand which pages and links bring people to us;
• to improve the assistant’s answers.

We don’t sell your data or share it with third parties, except the services the bot and the website can’t work without: Telegram, and Google Cloud (hosting, the database and the AI model).

Demo websites

The businesses on the demo websites (a beauty studio, a dental clinic) are fictional. The chat is kept for 7 days. If you book, your name and phone are kept until 2 days after the booked time and are never published; the public demo calendar shows only the service and the first letter of the name.

How long we keep it

Data about clicks - up to 12 months. The conversation with the bot - until you ask to delete it, or up to 24 months after your last message.

Your rights

To delete your data, write “delete my data” to the bot @prodavai_assistant_bot: after you confirm, it deletes the conversation and everything it saved about you at once. To see or correct your data, write to the bot or message us on the platform - we’ll answer personally. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings.
